Nice finishes - good bathrooms, owner is very responsive. Approval is very hard, but once you get in the owner is good to work with.
Half of the units are rent controlled and unrenovated tenements and half are renovated, combined units, which creates a very interesting dynamic. Trash disposal is awful, there is always rats.
