Spacious-ish Railroad Apartment
Pros
Building was quiet, nice walking distance to Prospect Park and Brooklyn Museum. Trains are 2/3/4/5. Exterminator comes once a month.
Cons
Walk up with crooked stairs! No package room, packages are left in the entrance door so they can get stolen.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive to the tenants when there are concerns.

A great first landing spot
Pros
Clean and relatively quiet, entryway is cleaned frequently and trash is always taken out. HUGE! And a great price point for the space.
Cons
- Management can be really slow to respond. They always will (at least in our case) but it takes several prods. - It is HOT in the winter. We've made do, but definitely an adjustment.
Advice to the owners
Get the numbers of the repairmen!
