The design, the large bedrooms, amenity space, young people, and responsive management.

Sometimes the gym gets crowded
Advice to the owners
Maybe institute a fee for the amenity spaces to keep spaces less occupied.

Loved location but old building
Pros
-love East village location -amenities were p decent in unit and in building -they did make some improvements like adding delivery room and fobs for access
Cons
-garbage management is just putting trash in a room on the floor that would often overflow -elevator is old and sometimes not reliable -neighbors had pest issues -loud area and sometimes neighbors too
