Cozy old building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really beautiful building with great light. Updated features and close walk to train.
Cons:
Exposed pipe in bathroom burned me a few times. On a pretty major street so some noise.

Bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quick to the train and easy to be unbothered if u can filter out the noise
Cons:
In 2018 there was a fire on the roof. management had no smoke detectors or alarms in the halls, I didn't know until fire dept showed up. Horrible landlord refused to give my deposit back and even threatened legal action if we made any attempts at reclaiming the deposit. Steer clear, they care about checks not lives.
Advice to owner:
Fix roach problem

Decent overall year
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice location, close walk to Myrtle Ave station. Good sunlight in one room. Newly renovated. Neighbors who collect the packages are nice. Close to laundromat.
Cons:
First floor apartment is always blasting loud music into the night. The intercom never worked and the door code machine kept breaking. My refrigerator was broken and I called for a month before they responded and helped. Bad roach problem..
