Great Landlord and Building Maintenance
Pros
Landlord lives in building and his team is always responsive about any concerns. No concerns about neighbors, trash maintenance or cleanliness. They really take care of this building well.
Cons
No signal in the gym. It’s completely SOS and the rules are very strict in this building. I wish we could have items on the balcony, more furniture, umbrella or shaded area on the roof, and allowed to have more guests. There could be room for improvement with building community. The parking in the building is tough if you aren’t an experience driver and there’s always larger trucks or SUVs that make it difficult to park and block the parking.
