Pros
Neighbors are respectful and friendly. Super is a great guy. My unit is rent stabilized, which is incredible. Mgmt get problems fixed very quickly, typically same or next day. If they’re needing to get into the apartment to fix something, they always ask first if you’ll be home and if it’s okay to enter with their key if you’re not there.
Cons
No advanced intercom… just buzzer and buzz. No laundry (there is a place 1/2 block north tho).
Advice to the owners
Laundry in the basement would be amazing.
