Love this building

Pros

I love the building itself, the windows are amazing, there is little noise from other apartments or the street, the lobby is great. The courtyard is a fantastic perk, I love spending time there when it's nice out. The doormen and building staff are incredible.

Cons

- The management office can be difficult to work with at times - Our toilet has a weak flush and often causes issues - Saw one cockroach in our apartment, but only one, and pest control used to come each week to spray a treatment
