Fine not terrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing location right by sunny and annies. Nice block. Apartments are big for Manhattan.
Cons:
It’s falling apart. Another HUGE red flag to anyone considering this building is that your ConEd bill will be outrageous. Like…$800 a month outrageous. We thought we were the only unit with this problem but after talking to neighbors it was happening to everyone in the building. Landlords and ConEd were both unhelpful and did not care. So basically, tack on $400-800 a month to whatever rent they’re asking and that’s the true cost to be here. One unit got a bill for $1200 for one months once. It was a 2 bedroom.
Advice to owner:
Fix the coned issue. Clearly something sketch is going on.
