rough around the edges but good

Pros

responsive super, monthly pest control options but not necessary. Cleanish in common areas.

Water temperature is finicky. I’ve burned myself in shower. Trash and door area can get a little funky.

It’s been a total nightmare

Looks good, sort of . It’s a brand new build .

There are water leaks everywhere, management came cut a hole in the ceiling to find moss and wet mold, water hammer from dripping pipes , walls are paper thin, electrical panels are crossed so you might be paying for another units power, bugs everywhere, the property manager has switched 7 times in 6 months and they never fix anything, they just send someone to look at it and take pictures . MOLD… black mold in the walls, peeling paint. All from one rainy season.
