DO NOT MOVE HERE (Freestone/Novo/Weichert)
Pros
The location is great, but that's about it. The supers are good people who do work hard, but they are stretched very thin across all of the many buildings that the company manages.
Cons
Water is turned off without notice, water goes brown, impossible to get responses from management, water pressure is abysmal. Truly any issue that can happen in an apartment will happen to you. BEWARE they try to use different names and aliases because they know their reputation is horrible.
Advice to the owners
Be more responsive. Maintain the building (ensure there are trash bins with lids, ensure that trash is removed regularly, etc.).
