We had some issues with the building, but the management had been responsive up until it was time to return the deposit.

Cons

We've been told that the deposit will be returned within 30 days of end of the lease even though by law it's 14. 14 days has passed and so has 30, and we still haven't gotten our deposit back. No one responds to our calls or emails. Now our recourse is court. Think beforehand whether you need this headache.
