Management doesn't care

Pros:
It's a quiet building
Cons:
If something is not working or breaks down the management office takes forever. When it rains heavy the basement flooded, flooding the heat & hot water boilers. Hallways are always dirty, they used to clean them but nit now. Garbage outside is horrible.

Maintain your buildings
