Reviews

Former tenant·7 minutes ago

Very nice apartment and building overall

Pros

Very quiet street, right next to Riverside Drive, neighbors are also very quiet and respectful at all hours of the day. Trash and recycle are taken care of promptly and the heating was very warm during the winter. Laundry in building was convenient.

Cons

Unresponsive and useless superintendent, often had to contact landlord directly to get maintenance requests fulfilled. Hallways of building needed more cleaning and maintenance. The app for the laundry machines is ancient technology and was unreliable at times.
