Good value for the area
Pros
Excellent appliances: all Bosch, including a full-sized dishwasher and the 800 series washer and dryer. High quality materials used: you can feel how solid the countertops and floors are. This is not a huge building, so there is never a wait for the elevators. Lovely design overall, both in the units, especially the bathrooms, and the common areas.
Cons
Studios are on the small side. Walls are rather thin. The cabinetry and shelves are extremely high up and somewhat impractical.
Great building with nice doormen and amenities
Pros
The doormen are really wonderful and always go above and beyond. Amenities are really nice. Never had an issue with heating or AC, and never saw any pests. Garbage management is also well done.
Cons
Really expensive for the square footage. Building management can be really strict, especially for moving insurance policies and guests.
