Decent for what you're paying for

Pros

It serves its purpose in being a co-living space operated by a company called Roomrs. Perfect for first-time folks coming to NYC and need temporary housing with furnished rooms. Building is just a block away from the subway. Shared laundry space in building (only one machine).

Cons

In the end it's a co-living space, so you don't have control of who you'll end up with in terms of roommates. It's a hit or miss situation, just testing your luck. Depending on which room you're in, you can get very limited natural light throughout the day. Noise levels will vary depending who your neighbors are. The shared laundry machine on the main floor is a only a single unit.

Building is new and modern

Cons

It’s a co-living space and the rooms are very small and kitchen is not well-ventilated.

Advice to the owners

Don’t try to squeeze too many rooms in a small space
