At your own risk

Pros

To be honest, nothing. Every since Cap X Realty Services took over in 2017, the building has gone downhill. It looks like an abandoned building from the outside.

Cons

The building is in bad shape. Alot of illegal construction. This can be verified on the Department of Buildings website. Some of the tenants here are horrible people. They cause nothing but problems and the landlord does nothing. The landlord has numerous ways to force tenants out of their apartments. Tenants harassing other tenants and not doing repairs are some of the tricks.

Advice to the owners

Get out of the real estate business. Management is clueless about everything. The two property managers abe and sam are clueless. They get nasty and defensive when you call them out. They don't take responsibility for anything and blame the tenants. Building management lack of experience puts tenants at risk. I am at the point where I won't be surprised if someone got hurt or worse. The workers they have are terrible. They don't know what they are doing. How does your apartment end up looking worse after "repairs"?
