Love the apartment & neighborhood

Pros

The cleanliness is on point, love the condition of the apartment units and the building all way around. The precision of door mantle and flooring are done well. Great wall paint jobs are flawless. .

Cons

One the tenants in 2D demonstrated destructive behavior by assaulting some tenants and some of their guest. Literally Threw a glass liquor bottle at me and tried to hit one of guests while making threats to beat us up, He intentionally over flowed sinks & bath tub which caused a nasty leak in my ceiling. For the 2nd time He over flooded apartment turning on all water units to cause flood damage on purpose. While burning a pile of plastic causing a huge fire causing the apartment building fire sprinklers which destroyed units on 1st floor and basement units severally water damaged and destroyed. Management or building owners A landlord falsely claiming repairs would be 100% completed in 1 day. Hired a group of ppl to stripe takeaway all water damaged walls and ceiling leaving our apartment with no walls or ceiling for weeks. Did not care to replace damaged property and has yet to contact tenants and failed to give any information to contact him.
