Great place to rent if nothing goes wrong in your apartment

Pros

Fantastic location, updated apartment.

Cons

Management is basically non-existent. You email for help, they respond but then do nothing even after following up weekly. The second front door was bashed in and they said they would fix it and never did. This was 1 year ago.

Advice to the owners

Your management company is not running things well or at all. I would consider finding a new one .

Looks nice from the outside-has years worth of rodent infestations

Cons

Mice in multiple units for over a year- 100 in trash room as well. Management doesn't seem to care nor take any action
