Great Building in UWS

Pros

Well kept building in wonderful location. Elevator and Laundry building is a huge plus.

Cons

There’s nothing the building could “fix” or change. Just wish there were 2 bedroom options within the building or access to outdoor space.

Great building, managed well, amazing location

Pros

Building was constructed well, super was awesome, in a great neighborhood.

Cons

Not much, it was a very solid experience living here for two years. Rarely any problems and if maintenance had to be done we were notified in a timely manner.

Advice to the owners

Give the super Tony a raise. He rocks
