Would be a great home if there weren't so many roaches

Pros

Quiet neighborhood, big living room and kitchen.

Cons

Roaches, even after exterminator visits, landlord barely responds. Only responded after I sent in a HPD complaint.

Advice to the owners

Please get rid of the roaches

Great deal for the price paid

Pros

Good appliances and water heats very quickly. Issues with apartment were resolved quickly. The in-unit washer/dryer is very convenient.

Cons

Atrium windows weren't fully sealed during whenever the apartment was renovated, so water leaked in/debris fell into the apartment on windy days. Issue was resolved quickly.
