Good apartment with some issues.

Pros

New lux development. Parking, washing machine, laundry in building, terrace at least in my unit, elevator and trash chute/room.

Cons

My unit unfortunately had a water leak in the window . It didnt damage anything I owned but they werent really able to fix

Advice to the owners

redesign the windows so water doesnt leak
