Doormen are friendly, maintenance is good, amenities are solid given no amenity fee

Cons

Need to be mindful about where unit is located cause can be noisy due to construction and 7 train. On lower floors the windows are not great at blocking out the noise

- Amenities are always busy, at all hours of the day - They're also not well maintained. - Management is not responsive. - It takes a long time for any packages to be processed, and you won't be able to retrieve them until they are. Might as well cancel your Amazon Prime and any express shipments. - The walls are also very thin, and there is very, very loud construction - Ton of rats nearby
