Very nice apartment, great kitchen and heat and water pressure

Cons

It’s a bit noisy due to the closeness to second ave but not that bad and the super can be a bit slow to respond but will eventually help

Love my time living here

Pros

Convenient location, super is responsive and fixes things quick. My apartment faces inner corridor so no noise from that side

Trash sometimes overflows but also might be due to tenants not properly throwing away stuff
