Very old building which shows but still cute

Pros

It has a lot of character and the apartment sizes are larger. Downside would be the railroad style which inhibits the potential for different living styles. Great for a couple or young family. Proximity to everything in the neighborhood is best pro this building offers.

Cons

The heating can be spotty and management's response to urgency as well. The building units vary significantly in terms of upkeep and age really shows.

Advice to the owners
