Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews for David Ogrin's buildings reveal a mixed management experience. While several buildings boast responsive supers and well-maintained common areas, others suffer from inconsistent heat control, pest problems (notably mice and occasional roaches), and maintenance delays. Garbage management is generally adequate but occasionally criticized. Noise levels vary, with some buildings being quiet havens and others experiencing disruptive parties. Tenants appreciate the good locations and friendly neighbors but report frustration with unorganized or unhelpful maintenance staff and some confrontational management interactions. Prospective renters should expect decent amenities but be prepared for occasional upkeep and pest control challenges.

Boiling in the winter

Pros

Lovely location. It’s quiet and the super is pretty nice. Cute brick walls too.

Cons

No control over the heat in the winter means it’s hot as h inside. Also no ventilation
