Reviews

Former tenant·7 minutes ago

This has been a great place to live.

Pros

The neighbors are super friendly. The super is great, responsive, and knows how to do almost any needed repair. The building is surprisingly quiet, especially given the surrounding neighborhood.

Cons

MHANY, the management company, has been telling the tenants for years that they're going to rehab the building, and relocate the tenants during the renovations. There really are renovations that need to be done, but every time MHANY tells us that we're about to be relocated, they come up with another excuse why it's not going to happen yet.

Advice to the owners

Maybe find a new management company.
