Pros

LOVED living in this apartment in a great and safe neighborhood hidden in the trees. Trash management was never an issue. Neighbors are great. Property manager is very responsive.

Cons

Union is a loud street on the block. Only two way nearby that heads to the park, so ambulances/fire/police take it often as do many people. Frequent honking/sirens around 3pm and after. Some apartment wear and tear (window sills with cracks so some bugs get in infrequently. Leaky radiator that was quickly fixed when brought up to manager
