Avoid at all costs

Rent stabilized, landlord does not bother tenants

Cons

There are two pit bulls that live in an abandoned unit on first floor. The super does not live here and checks on them only once a day if even. They pee and poop in the apartment causing it to smell throughout the building. The super does not routinely take out the trash so there will be piles of trash bags in the front of the building. The super does not routinely clear the stairwells of the building and the heat has been unreliable.
