Pros

Neighbors are kind and respect each other.

Cons

Maintenance workers are never quick to resolve issues within your apartment, tends to take 1-2 weeks before they come and fix necessary repairs. Management office is also terrible, they usually never respond back to you and I've been waiting on a wait list for a parking spot for 6 years. Every time I call it's either no answer or they tell me, I'm still on the waiting list but refuse to tell me what number I am on the waiting list.

Advice to the owners

Better enforcement on covid-19 rules. People jam pack the elevator and no one wears mask. (not even maintenance workers) At least put up signs requiring people to wear mask and limit the amount of people in the elevator.
