Living at 333 E 46th for 2 Years - Great Experience

Pros

Quiet, building is well maintained, clean, trash/heating/wifi all work great! No pest issues and great natural sunlight

Cons

Scaffolding has been up, but is supposed to be removed soon. Washer/dryer machines in building can often be prone to breaking but usually there's a few machines still working

Solid co-op building

Pros

Gorgeous rooftop, solid location compared to two subway stops. Incredible doormen and neighborly-feel — full of very nice people. Dog friendly under 40 pounds!

Overly strong set of rules for rooftop usage, but understandable.

Advice to the owners

Update the hallways for a more luxurious feel to match the lobby and roof.
