Responsive Landlord and Respectable Building
Pros
The landlord is very responsive and the super is helpful as well. The building is well maintained.
Cons
If you have a skylight, it will leak. There was a hole in my ceiling at one point.
Great Apartment with a few pest issues
Pros
Amazing living room and kitchen space to live in with roommates. The bedrooms in the front and back got amazing sunlight. Super and Management were great to work with as we had quite a few pest issues. Neighbors were great and this street was lovely. A nice quiet street in the busy-ness of the east village.
Cons
We had mice throughout our year living here and lots of bugs. One of the rooms does not have a window so it is hard to keep cool with the window AC units. Additionally, relying on the window units in the living room was tough during the summer as well. No laundry as well.
