Good Affordable Apartment

Pros

Good affordable apartment near Penn Station. The living space is nice and not too many problems.

Cons

Management could be more responsive. Sometimes noise was loud.

An adequate stay

Pros

No noise issues. Neighbors are fine. Supervisor is generally friendly. Location is very convenient and accessible. The best part about this building was the grocery store downstairs.

Cons

Pests were a problem. Mice got into the apartment due to holes in the wall. Issues were not responded to very promptly.
