Amazing building, terrible heating in the winter

Pros

Love the neighborhood, neighbors, building, landlord.

Cons

The heating in this building during the winter is non-existent, and because it's all electric the ConEd bill averages about $700-900 per month for a 2-bedroom in the winter months.

Advice to the owners

Fix the insulation, window/door seals, or heating because it's unbearable in the winter.
