Slumlords mice & critters live in walls
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close proximity to subway
Apartments are good sized studio w/ a sleep loft


Cons:
Mice infestation in whole building

And this app is incorrect...
it has a bedbug history for certain!!!

Non existent maintenance people.

Broken things don’t get fixed

Water pressure horrible

Landlord office secretary horrible to deal with
Advice to owner:
Get a maintenance crew.

Clean it. Maintain it?!!


Get the outside of building re-done.
Very old building -holes in structure
Critters get in EVERYWHERE.

They live in the walls and keep you awake ALL night scratching RIGHT next to your head as walls are thin.

Electrical on half of building is gone.
