Very clean, no package theft, reasonable-ish rent, friendly and responsive super

Raised rent to the fullest legal extent, some mice in the basement by the trash

Heat worked, maybe a little too well

Cons

Owner responsiveness is pretty much nonexistent. Takes fees out of security deposit for infrastructure issues that are out of residents control. Old building, rats and roaches in basement and seen in units. Minimal security, lost packages all the time.

Be more responsive!
