Unresponsive and an elusive super

Pros

The neighbors tend to be really close knit. The kids play outside. Its a nice community and overall safe building. The rooms are large and the rent is not cheap but not outrageous

Cons

Its a very old school building. The management has the most basic online portal. The super is almost a ghost. Trying to get anything done is like pulling teeth. If you live on garden level you WILL get bugs. The building is not ADA friendly which is a problem since the tenents here tend be on the older side.

Advice to the owners

Invest in building upgrades and get a full maintence team for the garden and a super for the building.
