Great location, right by the park, great restaurants, subway down the block

Pros:
Great Location, Management is very responsive, Great Apartments, Great Restaurants nearby, close to the great lawn and reservoir!!!
Cons:
Slightly expensive
Packages can be robbed often
No washer/ dryer in the building
Advice to owner:
Add another layer of security to ensure there isn’t a theft of packages, figure out a way to get a washer/ dryer in that building

Great apartments and responsive management

Pros:
Units are well maintained and management is extremely responsive to anything and everything.

The street is beautiful and building is very friendly.
Cons:
Not much! Everything is great. Some fixtures are a little old but that’s part of the charm of these older brownstones.
