The landlord. Vrijmati Persaud is an insane woman. She is rude, racist, and stubborn. She will sabotage you in any way she can. There are also roaches and mice in the building.
I do not recommend this landlord.

- landlord is a very anxious older woman who has boundary issues. - she enters your apt while you’re not home - harasses your guests assuming they’re living there now. - poorly renovated apartment with crappy materials. - the floor is not real wood, as described in listing - landlord lacks experience with professionalism - landlord makes inappropriate comments - she is transparent about her dislike for certain races - speaks poorly of all her tenants. - watches her security camera like it’s Netflix and is constantly sending you videos and micromanaging your interactions with her building. - loud music in front and back of properly. - poor airflow in apt - she caused a small fire in the building and could not admit her wrong doings, tried to blame and even the police sided with us.
Advice to the owners
Hire a propert manager to run your building.
