Overall great building with an amazing super

Pros

The apartments are very spacious and most of the kitchens have been hand renovated by the super. We have not seen any pests so far, and the super is amazingly responsive.

Cons

The water pressure is pretty bad, and the walls have been repainted over/not super well maintained. The hallway could use a renovation as well.
