Amazing building, landlord, and location
Pros
- Building is well-maintained - Backyard for use at certain times and for reservation if needed - Landlord and his family are incredible - cares a lot about their tenants, and really responsive - Location is great - this is the best street in Greenpoint. It's SO quiet, and super cute. - Three citibike racks closeby
Cons
No laundry in the building, but there is one 2 minutes walk away on Calyer. Subway is a tad far.
