Alright for short stays
Pros
Ground floor is good, overall setup is standard for a 1 bedroom
Cons
Minor pest problem around crevices. Wallpaper tearing in spots, broken furniture upon move-in. Bathrooms don't seem to be fully cleaned upon move-in.
Advice to the owners
Please take better care during cleans between tenants.
