Can confidently say - WORST property management company in NYC

CDC Management Corp. might be the single most irresponsible and unresponsive property management company in all of New York City. The entire building has a group chat, and the amount of problems that go unresolved or unresponded to is astronomical. They just sent me my lease renewal two days before I had to sign it, five days before we'd have to move out. The super, Neal, is the only saving grace but he gets moved around to other properties often.
Advice to the owners
They wouldn't listen so it doesn't matter. Allegedly our neighbors emailed the CEO of CDC Management Corp. explaining the unlivable conditions and he responded "move out then"
