Very nice apartments - lots of space.

Pros

Close to the 2, quiet, lots of light, can't hear the neighbors.

Cons

Don't count on management fixing anything without a fight.

Advice to the owners

Put 5 grand into basic maintenance and new appliances and you'll make it back in a well-deserved rent increase.
