1 Star Review – Former Tenant
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent water pressure.
Cons:
I lived at 410 West End Avenue and was extremely disappointed by how the superintendent, Hector, handled tenant concerns, especially after I moved out. I recently coordinated with a current tenant to retrieve a valuable package, and Hector was completely unhelpful when it went missing. Despite polite and clear communication, I was met with indifference and zero follow-up.

This wasn’t the first time I experienced a lack of professionalism, packages routinely went missing, and when approached, Hector’s responses were either dismissive or nonexistent. There’s a serious lack of accountability, and once you’re no longer actively renting, it seems you’re treated like an inconvenience.

Beautiful building, but the management’s failure to ensure basic respect and follow-through from staff left a really bitter taste. I wouldn’t recommend this building if you value communication, security, or being treated like a human being.
Advice to owner:
Your superintendent, Hector, is unprofessional and dismissive. When a valuable package went missing, he made no effort to assist. This reflects poorly on your building. I’d suggest reevaluating staff accountability and how tenants are treated — especially when issues arise.
