Pros
Management here is really nice and so responsive and I’ve ever had an issue with getting a hold of maintenance- everyone’s really on top of things like that. Clean buildings with a nice gym and small, well maintained pool in the summers.
Cons
Courtyard can be loud if people aren’t using headphones but it isn’t often and people need to be reminded about the rules regarding pets here. The rooms are small with sliding doors. Neighborhood isn’t ideal, especially with few bigger grocery stores nearby (if you don’t have a car at least).
Advice to the owners
Post about the building rules on the app and physical flyers on doors. It’d be cool to have different types of events each month in addition to the artsy things we do, thez movie nights are a great start.
Maintenance is lazy

Janitorial staff are great and keep the surrounding areas clean.
Cons
Maintenance is not good at their job. I had water by my which caused mold and they just painted over it.
