Very Basic Apt - needs improvement
Pros
- good water pressure - live in super was helpful
Cons
- somehow our gas meter was connected to our upstairs neighbors’ (who hadn’t paid their gas bill) so we went without stove/oven access for about a month

Management company never responds. Like ever. Heat is not great and both heat and hot water goes in and out
