Mediocre building management
Pros
Great location and well insulated for noise
Cons
A lot of maintenance issues and difficult to coordinate with super who lived off sight

Do a better job of keeping building maintenance

This place is terrible
Pros
It's a lot of space, but it's literally a death trap. Owner is a nightmare.

Advice to the owners
Do the necessary repairs, actually hire someone to manage your buildings. This is negligence. I wouldn't be posting this review either except to get access to a prior tenants review, which remarks about the constant flooding in the basement which the landlord was not at all upfront about.
