Great building and location
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is well maintained for the age and management is fast to fix things that get broken. The location is good, to the subway and neighborhood is relatively safe
Cons:
The water pressure is not consistent. It takes a long time for hot water to come through, I think that is because we are on the 3rd floor
