Management is unresponsive and the super is absent and in able to complete basic maintenance jobs. The hallways and stairs are often sticky with garbage juice or hid knows what else. Constant infestations of roaches , the lock to the laundry and garbage area re broken and homeless people looking for a place to sleep are in the spaces . The super Airbnb’s vacant apartments before the get rented causing for foot traffic of strangers. The super revs his motorcycle I’m the basement and the fumes seek into the apartments.
