Good UWS Apartment

Pros:
Management is very quick to respond to maintenance requests, tenant retention is a big deal and they make an effort to treat you well so you'll stay. The exterminator comes once a month and visits every apartment (and I've never had a problem with pests)
Cons:
The washers and dryers in the laundry are hit or miss on whether they'll be working well. It's very noisy if you're street facing because of garbage pick up. The walls and floors are pretty thin (to be expected for a walk-up) so it's easy to hear everything your neighbors are doing.
Advice to owner:
Replace the windows. The building will be more energy efficient and some of the window/wall seals are not complete and they leak. Keep being awesome in terms of tenant retention and responsiveness to maintenance requests, that's very appreciated.
