Some people who live here think they’re entitled to everything and don’t think for the community, maybe because they think they’re too rich to need to care for others?

Advice to the owners

Owners need to be more community oriented. We’re all in this together. Be generous with each other. Tenants seem fine and don’t cause any issue that I know of.
